Let’s Break Free From The Negative Words Of The Past

Empowering Women Who Struggle With A Mother-Daughter Relationship

I will lead your audience on the journey of growing up with an alcoholic, narcissistic mother.

Hi, I’m Phylis Mantelli

When I first started this journey, I was a Mama Mentor to some women, helping them navigate their troubled relationships with their mothers. In 2019 I published the book Unmothered: Life with A Mom Who Couldn’t Love Me and it started a movement of some sort.

I started speaking on the topic, coaching women one-on-one, and now I’m talking about it in headphones over a podcast. If I’m not speaking or writing, I’m usually on Instagram or YouTube sharing about lifestyle things like clothes and makeup (because really I’m just a girly girl at heart). I recently started ‘The UnMothered Podcast’ where I share encouragement and tips on how to navigate this difficult thing called life.

From toxic mother-daughter relationships to teaching women about fashion. . .

I can speak on inspiring topics that build their confidence and change old negative patterns.  I want to teach women how to navigate their life if they are struggling with past dysfunction.

Phylis’s signature speech: “Who Do You Think You Are?”

Phylis’s signature talk will relate to anyone dealing with toxic family relationships. Growing up with a dysfunctional mother, Phylis has learned how to navigate and care for a mother who was difficult to love. She will show your guests how to break free from the negative words of the past. Your guests will walk away with an understanding of who they are in Christ and will have a heart of forgiveness.
